🔗 [check the GitHub repository](https://github.com/EuJinnLucaShow/crypto-whale-tracker/tree/main) for source code. ## Tech Stack **Backend** is built on NestJS with the following dependencies: - NestJS 11 — core framework - Prisma 6 — ORM for database access - viem 2 — library for blockchain interaction - @nestjs/schedule — task scheduling for transaction polling **Frontend** is built on Next.js: - Next.js 16 + React 19 - SWR — for real-time data fetching and caching - Tailwind CSS 4 — styling - Sonner — toast notifications for new transactions ## How It Works The backend polls the blockchain on a set interval via `viem`, checks the balance of tracked wallets, and saves new transactions to the database through Prisma. Scheduled tasks on the backend paired with SWR on the frontend make it possible to build live dashboards without WebSockets.
